Cinnamon Rolls
Soft and gooey cinnamon rolls with cream cheese glaze. Perfect for weekend mornings!

Ingredients
For 12 servings
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 2¼ tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm milk
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup Brown sugar (for filling)
- 100 g Cream cheese (for glaze)

Dissolve yeast and a pinch of sugar in warm milk. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.

Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.

Mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic.

Bake at 175°C (350°F) until golden brown, 22–25 minutes.

Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Roll dough into a large rectangle.

Cool slightly, then drizzle with cream cheese glaze while still warm.

Spread softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll tightly from the long edge and slice into 12 rolls.
